    DIRECTIONS

    Using our Velvet Brush or a damp SMOOTH Blender, apply the Velvet Mineral Powderset over your concealer or foundation to set makeup and lock in your look. Apply, as needed, throughout the day for a quick touch-up.

    Great for over 60 skin
